Brian Kumahor helped me out in a difficult situation. I had been renting the house at {address} to a family member and then that person just chose to move out without much notice, and of cause no rent money. This caused a financial hardship to me and I began to look for someone who would buy the house and get it off my hands. Brian has been dilligent in his efforts to help me and is greatly appreciated through the difficult time.
